Terms and Conditions

All orders are reviewed for consistency by a trained customer service representative before the charges are placed to your card. Orders will ship within 7-10 working days from the original order date.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping is calculated at checking depending on order content. There is a minimum $75 shipping & handing fee for orders placed online. If your order is shipped via motor frieght, you are responsible for unloading the truck at the site of delivery. The carrier is only responsible to bring the order to the front of the truck at which point you can unwrap and carry your purchase via the individual boxes.

Returns

Mid Atlantic Vinyl Products will accept any undamaged item you are dissatisfied with as a return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in good, saleable condition. Upon receipt, Mid Atlantic Vinyl Products will inspect all returned items for damaged or missing pieces. Any damaged or missing pieces will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are made on the price of the merchandise with any applicable taxes, less any shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Mid Atlantic Vinyl Products makes every effort possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage. On occasion, there are conditions beyond our control that may cause damage during shipping. If the items that you purchased become damaged during shipping, please document the damage with UPS or the common carrier upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling 800-978-4695.
